One buckle, one slider – The buckle closes the strap across the back and the slider sets how snug it rides. That's the whole thing.
Pulls at the chest, not the throat – The lead ring sits on top of the back strap, so the pull lands on a padded mesh panel instead of a collar at the neck. There's a smaller ring low on the side for a tag.
